Sweden's Jämtkraft to Build Windfarm with NV Nordisk Vindkraft

GALWAY, IRELAND--July 29, 2010--Researched by Industrial Info Resources (Sugar Land, Texas)--Last October, Jämtkraft AB (Östersund, Sweden) and NV Nordisk Vindkraft AB (Gothenburg, Sweden), a wholly owned subsidiary of Renewable Energy Systems Limited (RES) (Kings Langley, England), announced that they would be teaming up for a new wind power venture near Mora, Sweden. The windfarm will be located on Kyrkberget hill, 10 kilometers northeast of the Mora municipality. Siemens Wind Power A/S (Brande, Denmark), a wholly-owned branch of Siemens AG (NYSE:SI) (Munich, Germany), has been contracted to provide the Kyrkberget project with the company's 2.3-MW turbines.
