The base of our forecast is derived from actual project information surveyed by our industry experts. IIR performs over 1,000 interviews per day resulting in over 10,000 detailed projects and over 7,000 maintenance turnarounds, outages and shutdowns reported annually throughout the world. In our model, to capture total spending for the market, we utilize historical and future project information, leading economic indicators as well as commodity and labor pricing forecasts to establish our estimates for each year.
